Revenue Signals is a lightweight analytics module that integrates with your SabeeApp workspace via the official API and turns raw booking events into a daily pace and pickup dashboard. Every morning at 06:00 local time it pulls the previous day's reservations, cancellations and rate changes from SabeeApp, compares them against a 24-month rolling baseline and flags rooms where pickup falls more than 12 percent below trend. The dashboard reports RevPAR, ADR and occupancy per rate plan, per source and per booking window, with a heat map of the next 90 nights. Revenue Signals works alongside SabeeApp's built-in reporting and does not replace SabeeApp — it stores nothing your PMS does not already hold. Exports are CSV and XLSX, retention is 24 months. A single flat fee covers up to five properties on one SabeeApp account.
