About Module Identity Verification for SabeeApp PMS
Identity Verification is a compliance module that integrates with your SabeeApp workspace via the official API and asks the guest to verify their passport or national ID and their payment card 72 hours before arrival, through a hosted web flow. The flow is branded with your property name, translated into 14 languages and returns a signed verification receipt that is attached to the SabeeApp reservation note. Guests who fail verification are flagged and the reservation is escalated to the duty manager in the SabeeApp inbox. Identity Verification works alongside SabeeApp and does not replace SabeeApp — it never processes payments. Verification data is stored inside the EU for 90 days, then automatically erased.
Get started in four steps.
1. Add to cart and check out
Add the module to your cart and confirm the order. An email arrives with your Sabeemod workspace access link and payment instructions.
2. Access your workspace
Use the access link to open your Sabeemod workspace. The module is provisioned and waiting for configuration.
3. Connect your SabeeApp account
Complete the OAuth flow. Sign in to your SabeeApp workspace once, approve the requested scopes, and the module is bound to your property.
4. Configure and activate
Follow the module-specific setup wizard. The first sync with your SabeeApp workspace runs within 15 minutes of activation.
