About Module Housekeeping Mobile for SabeeApp PMS
Housekeeping Mobile is a lightweight PMS extension that integrates with your SabeeApp workspace via the official API and gives housekeepers a mobile board on any phone with a browser — no app store install required. Rooms are grouped by floor and priority (early arrival, VIP, out-of-service), and the housekeeper marks a room clean, dirty, inspected or out-of-order with one tap. The status writes back to SabeeApp within four seconds and lights up the reception board in real time. Housekeeping Mobile works alongside SabeeApp and does not replace SabeeApp — task assignments, guest profiles and folios remain in SabeeApp. Photos of damages can be attached to the note field and are retained for 30 days.
Get started in four steps.
1. Add to cart and check out
Add the module to your cart and confirm the order. An email arrives with your Sabeemod workspace access link and payment instructions.
2. Access your workspace
Use the access link to open your Sabeemod workspace. The module is provisioned and waiting for configuration.
3. Connect your SabeeApp account
Complete the OAuth flow. Sign in to your SabeeApp workspace once, approve the requested scopes, and the module is bound to your property.
4. Configure and activate
Follow the module-specific setup wizard. The first sync with your SabeeApp workspace runs within 15 minutes of activation.
