Multi-property setup with a single workspace
Before you begin
Confirm each property has an active SabeeApp account with API access enabled. Confirm you have administrator rights on each property (needed to complete the OAuth flow). Decide up front whether you want group-level dashboards on or off; you can change this later but the initial answer shapes how modules are provisioned.
Step 1 — Create the workspace
Sign in to your Sabeemod workspace. Under Settings → Group, create a Group with a display name (typically the group brand). This creates the container into which properties will be bound.
Step 2 — Bind property one
From the group, click Add property and complete the OAuth flow against the SabeeApp account of your first property. On the SabeeApp consent screen, review and approve the scopes. First sync completes within 15 minutes.
Step 3 — Repeat for every property
Add properties one by one. Each OAuth flow takes under two minutes. Add naming conventions consistently so that group-level dashboards remain readable.
Step 4 — Activate modules at the group level
For every module you activate at the group level, the module is provisioned for every property in the group. Per-property overrides are available for edge cases (e.g. one property that opts out of a specific module).
Step 5 — Review group-level dashboards
Group-level dashboards roll up per-property figures. Sensitive per-property figures can be masked from users in operator roles who should not see them. Financial breakdowns per property are available to users in finance and administrator roles.
Step 6 — Add and remove properties over time
Adding a property later is a repeat of Step 3. Removing a property triggers a 30-day deletion timer, extendable to 90 days on written request. Written deletion certificates are issued on request.
